By using the Transport for Troops ("TFT") website and applying for assistance, you agree to these terms.
About Transport for Troops
TFT is a private 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are not part of the Department of Defense, any military branch, or any government agency. We are not authorized to make official government entitlement determinations. Our assistance is separate from and does not affect any government entitlement you may be owed.
Assistance Is Not Guaranteed
TFT programs are subject to eligibility review, funding availability, and sponsor capacity. Submitting an application does not guarantee assistance, an award, or any specific benefit amount. All eligibility and funding determinations are made through the Convoy Command review process at TFT's sole discretion.
Educational Content
Content on this site — including the PCS Assistance Navigator, PCS Pay Review, and PCS Readiness pages — is educational and informational only. It does not constitute official government entitlement determinations, legal advice, or financial advice. PCS Pay Review does not issue official government entitlement determinations. Final entitlement determinations remain with the appropriate military or government authority.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, truthful information in your application and supporting documents. Misrepresentation or fraud may result in denial, cancellation, or recovery of assistance, and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Permission to Review Documentation
By submitting an application, you authorize TFT staff and authorized partners to review your submitted documents (including orders, proof of payment, and financial statements) for the purpose of determining eligibility and coordinating assistance.
Communication
You agree to receive communications from TFT regarding your case through the email address you provide and through the applicant portal. SMS communications are not currently in use; if SMS is added in the future, separate consent will be requested.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your portal account and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with others. TFT is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access others' data, submit fraudulent information, interfere with site operations, or use automated tools to scrape or spam our forms. Unauthorized access attempts are logged and may be reported.
External Services
Our site may link to external websites and services operated by third parties. TFT is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external services. Your use of external services is subject to their own terms.
Availability and Limitation of Service
TFT strives to maintain site availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be paused, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice. TFT's assistance is provided on a best-effort basis within available resources.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TFT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. TFT's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of assistance actually provided to you, if any.
Changes to These Terms
TFT may update these terms and program policies at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date.
